Does Snipshot use cookies?
Snipshot uses a cookie to collect information on traffic to the site.
Does Snipshot share personal information with any third party?
No.
Does Snipshot keep copies of pictures?
Snipshot keeps any picture that has been opened for 24 hours for the convenience of users. After 24 hours, the picture is deleted permanently.
Who can access a picture in Snipshot?
Only the user who opens the picture can see it in Snipshot, unless that user passes on the picture’s unique URL to other users. The unique URL is created when the picture is first opened in Snipshot.
Will Snipshot let you open pictures that contain offensive content (e.g. porn)?
Users are responsible for the content of any picture they open in Snipshot.
Will Snipshot let you open pictures that are copyrighted or contain copyrighted material?
Snipshot may delete any picture that is known to be copyrighted or contain copyrighted material.
Does Snipshot know my Flickr password?
No.
Will this set of privacy policies ever change?
This set of privacy policies will probably expand as we add new features to Snipshot, and some existing policies may change. However, we will always try to minimize threats to our users’ privacy while making Snipshot the best image editor possible.
